Open position as Sales and Admin Clerk

A position as Sales and Admin Clerk is open for employment at SwedenTyres.

Our Sales and Admin Clerk is the first person a visiting customer meet with at our factory and office premises in Matsapha. From here the customer will be guided whether he or she wishes to have his own tyres retreaded or repaired, buying new tyres or use our Truck Service to change and fit new tyres.

Another important part of the job is the invoicing of our clients (and later to follow up with those that are late with payment). The Admin Clerk is further responsible for making our daily statistical report from our sales, current stock of raw material and ready products. He or she is further responsible for our petty cash administration.

As the company grows, there is equally a need to assist our General Manager with the accounts (we use IQ Administration Software).

The successful candidate preferably has a bachelor’s degree in economics or an equivalent Diploma in economics. Equally important is a positive natural attitude, ability and interest suitable to attend to our customers various needs.

Living up to our motto “We sell tyres, not excuses” requires a person looking outside “the box” for solutions and will sometimes end up with overdue working hours since we require “the job done” before we allow to “knock off”.
